1. General Policy
Our services are provided with care and attention. If you believe a service was not delivered as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the matter promptly and fairly. Refunds or rework may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and nature of the issue.

2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booking, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the slot to other customers. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for rescheduling priority or refunds, depending on the situation.

3. Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. If you'd like to reschedule, simply contact us by phone or email with your preferred new time. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. There is no fee for rescheduling if notice is given in advance.

4. Missed Appointments
In cases where a confirmed appointment is missed without notice, we reserve the right to charge a portion of the service fee to cover lost time. If you believe there was a valid reason for missing the appointment, please contact us directly and we will review the situation.

5. Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a service, please notify us within 3 days of the completed work. We will inspect the concern and, if justified, offer a reasonable solution. This may include a recheck, adjustment, or partial refund β€” depending on the issue and findings.

6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. We do not issue cash refunds unless the original payment was made in cash. Proof of payment may be requested for verification.
